LifeRisks LifeTalk ACNTS

LifeTalk | Youth

LifeTalk Youth is a discussion of well-being, mental health, suicide, and other issues surrounding adolescents today. This talk is aimed to demystify long-held myths about mental health and suicide. The overall aim is to reduce the stigma and increase the awareness of mental health. The importance of good social support and help-seeking is also discussed. LifeTalk Youth is designed for high school, senior high school, and college students. Our LifeTalks usually lasts for two hours, facilitated by two licensed content experts in the field of mental health.

LifeTalk | Workplace

LifeRisks acknowledges the importance of having a workplace that is sensitive to and promotes well-being and mental health. LifeTalk Enterprise is a two-hour discussion and forum on promoting mental health in the workplace. The target audience of this talk are employees and industry leaders.

LifeTalk | Kids

This is a talk on well-being and mental health tailored for children aged 7 to 12 years old. This covers the discussion of the brain and emotions. LifeTalk Kids will help children understand mental health as an important part or aspect of their selves, and the importance of expressing their emotions productively.

PARENTS | This talk aims to provide a 6- step framework on how parents can provide support for their children who are facing school or life adversities.
